How do I reactivate my subscription?Updated 9 months ago

Welcome back! We missed you, and are glad to hear you missed us too! ❤️ To reactivate your subscription, please follow the steps below: 

1. Go to https://www.kettleandfire.com/ and log into your account

2. Once logged in, you should see your account page, Welcome Back!

3. At the top of the page, click on Manage Subscription

4. Press Your Subscription button from the menu on the left. 

5. In the top of the page you will see red window with the information on your canceled subscription. Click Reactivate Subscription button in the top right corner of this window. 

6. Reactivate Subscription window will appear, please scroll down and click on Confirm Reactivation. A little window will pop up to confirm reactivation of your subscription. 

Please note: you will be able to adjust products and quantities from Your Subscription page after reactivation. Please check this article to learn how to add or remove products from your subscription.
