How do I add or remove products on my subscription?Updated 9 months ago

If you would like add new flavors or remove one that you have too many of, please follow the steps below. 

To Remove a product

  1. Go to https://www.kettleandfire.com/ and log into your account
  2. Once logged in, you should see your account page, Welcome Back!
  3. At the top of the page, click on Manage Subscription
  4. Press Your Subscription button from the menu on the left: 
  5. On the left, under your Next Shipment, you will see Subscription Details, Recurring Products (this is your subscription order):
  6.  Click on the three dots in the upper right corner near the product, click Delete
  7. A pop up will show up asking to confirm that you wish to delete this product from your subscription
  8. Click Delete Product confirming this request then a confirmation message will populate, click Thanks

    Please note: if you have only one product in your subscription, you cannot delete it. The product can be skipped, or, if you would like to cancel the entire subscription, please check this article: How do I cancel my subscription?  


To add a product

1. Go to https://www.kettleandfire.com/ and log into your account


2. Once logged in, you should see your account page, Welcome Back!

3. At the top of the page, click on Manage Subscription

4. Press Your Subscription button from the menu on the left: 

5. Scroll a little down until you see Subscription Details, Recurring Products (this is your subscription order)

6. Click on Add to Your Next Order + 

7. A pop-up with our flavors will populate. Scroll through or search for a keyword. Once you've found the product you wish to add, click on the sign in the upper right corner near the flavor name. 

8. Edit your quantity, and if you wish to add this flavor as a subscription or one-time. Add onto your order using the drop downs. Click Add when done. 

9. A confirmation screen will pop up, click Thanks and you will see the new flavor added to the order.
