How do I cancel or pause my subscription?Updated 6 months ago

We offer our subscription program to be fully customizable to your needs. If you need to skip a month or perhaps would like to switch out your flavors, we're here to make your subscription perfectly fitted for you. Please reach out to our Support Team here if you would like help editing your subscription.

If you would like to cancel your subscription then the steps below. 

1. Go to https://www.kettleandfire.com/ and log into your account

2. Once logged in, you should see your account page, Welcome Back!

3. At the top of the page, click on Manage Subscription


4. Press Your Subscription button from the menu on the left: 

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on either Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription:

6. If you are choosing to pause your subscription then you will be asked for how many months you wish to pause your subscription. Then click Pause Subscription: 


If you are choosing to cancel your subscription, a pop up will ask if you’d rather Skip Next Order, Pause Subscription, or Cancel Your Subscription. If you are sure that you wish to cancel, click on Cancel Your Subscription:



7. You will receive confirmation that your subscription has been paused or canceled

Please note:
- if you have an order that was already processed (i.e. you received an order confirmation email) canceling your subscription will not cancel the order
- our subscription requires at least 2 recurring orders, if you had less than 2 orders, the button Cancel Subscription will not be available on your page yet.
