Due to the current Coronavirus issue, we are all facing, we have set up a remote working system for our Support team. We were unable to respond to inquiries for 24 hours causing a delay in responses overall.

We are also experiencing higher than normal volume. Due to this, responses will be delayed. We will answer requests in the order they are received.

We will also take into account the date of your request. So, if you make a request in time to make a change to your order, and we don't execute it before the deadline you will not be penalized.
