What type of bones are used for the Beef Bone Broth?

Our bones come from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle. We use the bones that have the greatest concentration of white and red stem-cell marrow which contains the highest levels of collagen and nutrients. These bones are the knuckles, patella, femur, and feet.
