Do You have a Vegetarian Substitute for Bone Broth?

We do not have a vegetarian substitute for bone broth because certain beneficial elements obtained from the bone marrow, connective tissue and cartilage (like gelatin which is great for gut health, skin health and treating many common conditions), are not found in vegetables and other vegetarian-friendly ingredients.

We respect your food choices and we are in no way trying to dissuade you from the vegetarian lifestyle. However, if you would like more information on the health benefits of bone broth, here is The Ultimate Guide to Bone Broth Benefits from The Kettle & Fire Blog.

On a side note, we at Kettle & Fire are extremely concerned that the farmers we source our bones from love and handle their animals in the most humane manner possible. Our beef bones are sourced from grass-fed and grass-finished cattle. Here is an article on How Grass-Fed Beef, Grain-Fed Beef, and Grass-Finished Beef are Different (And Why It Matters) which will give you more information on how our cattle are raised.
