If yours is missing, follow these steps:
Please check the tracking information provided in the email “Your shipment is on the way!!” to verify your order is not still on its way.
Check with anyone living with you or your property manager to make sure no one else has it. Make sure to tell us you did this so we can skip this step if you contact us. Submit a request and include your phone number so that we may file a claim. In most circumstances, we are able to quickly send a replacement. If you would like a refund instead, we will need to file the claim and receive the results from the carrier before proceeding.
