How Do I Add New Products to My Existing Subscription?

Do you have a subscription already and want to add one (or more) of our new Soups to your next order? If yes, you are in the right place!

Watch this video and follow the steps below.


Step 1: Go to Account

Note: If you do not have an account yet, you will see Create Your Account on the left-hand side of the page.

If you have an account already, just enter your email and password on the login page.


Step 2: Scroll down and you will see our available products. Click on your desired product or flavor (e.g. Healthy Tomato Soup, Butternut Squash Soup, or Miso Soup)


Step 3: Select how often you would like to receive your product (delivery frequency)


Step 4: Select the quantity


Step 5: You can also adjust the next charge date to your preferred date

Note: The charge date will be the same date as your next shipment by default. If you would like to change it, you can manually adjust it to your preferred charge date.


Step 6: Select the delivery address and click Add Product to save!



How Do I Skip or Change My Next Subscription Delivery?
You can choose to skip or change your next delivery on your Account page.

Just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Go to Account

Note: If you are not logged in, the website will prompt you to log in using your account information.


Step 2: Go to Your Subscriptions and click on edit


Step 3: Select change next charge date


Step 4: Using the drop-down arrow, select your preferred charge date and click save

Multiple subscriptions?  Repeat these steps for the other products on your account.


How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time on your Account page.

Though we are sad to see you go, just follow these easy steps to cancel:

Step 1: Go to Account

Note: If you are not logged in, the website will prompt you to log in using your account information.


Step 2: Click Cancel


Step 3: Please select a Reason for Canceling

We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to improve our service to you.


Step 4: Please add any additional comments and click Cancel my Subscription


Step 5: Multiple subscriptions? Just repeat these steps for each product on your account.
