Ugh… you most likely have a mess on your hands or were notified by the carrier that your order was damaged. We are very sorry this happened. If you have the damaged order, take a photo and send it to us. We send these to the warehouse to help them prevent damages in the future.
Submit a request and under most circumstances, we are able to quickly send a replacement.
