Unsure about the exact amount, it will be similar in ratio as the cattle bones, but the weights could be different as we use the more light weighing cartilage in the chicken bone broth.
We use chicken feet, chicken backs, and chicken bones. On our ingredients list that is what the chicken stock is actually, it is a stock of chicken feet. Our chicken bone broth contains bones, with the cartilage still attached, backs, and feet, as these are the best sources of collagen.
