Our bones are all 100 % organic from only grass-fed, pasture-grazed cattle. This ensures that all the cattle are free from antibiotics, but not only do we ensure that all of the cattle are as healthy and natural as possible, we take it even a step further. We only use particular bones from each animal.
The knuckle, patella, femur, and feet bones are the ones that have the highest concentrations of white and red stem-cell marrow, they contain the highest levels of collagen and are the most nutrient rich. We only use these bones in our broth.
