Why do you use apple cider vinegar in your Bone Broth?Updated 2 years ago

Bone broth without apple cider vinegar (ACV)? No thanks!

We use apple cider vinegar in making our Bone Broth because not only it is powerful in its own right, but it also boosts the nutrient content of other superfoods — particularly bone broth. ACV leaches the minerals and collagen out of the bones, maximizing the mineral content and the overall nutrition profile of our broth. Our aim is to bring you a bone broth that contains the most collagen possible, so ACV is one of the essential ingredients in our recipe.

If you would like to find out more about ACV, here is a great article from our Kettle & Fire Blog: Apple Cider Vinegar: True Superfood or Trend?
