How do I change the quantity of a product on my subscription?Updated 9 months ago

If you are running out of your Bone Broth before your next shipment or maybe you just aren't using it as fast as you thought you would, we're here to help you customize your subscription.

The steps below will walk you through changing the number of cartons in your next renewal order. 

1. Go to https://www.kettleandfire.com/ and log into your account

2. Once logged in, you should see your account page, Welcome Back!
3. At the top of the page, click on Manage Subscription

4. Press Your Subscription button from the menu on the left: 

5. Scroll a little down until you see Subscription Details, Recurring Products (this is your subscription order)

5. The number highlighted in red is the quantity of that flavor you will receive. To edit this, click on the dropdown arrow and a list of numbers will appear fir you to choose from. 

6. Once you selected the quantity number, your flavor will automatically be updated.
