If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Kettle & Fire Support Team right away. There's a small window right after your order is placed to change or cancel, if we are able to catch it before it begins processing in our warehouse.

The best way to change or cancel your order before it begins processing it is to call our phone number at (512) 866-0688.

Our Phone Support hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voice message with your name, your order number, and reason for calling. We will call you back as soon as possible.
